About electronic signatures
HaulForm adds a visible electronic signature to your PDF. It does not verify identity, issue a signing certificate, create a cryptographic digital signature, or guarantee acceptance or legal validity. Confirm the recipient’s requirements and keep appropriate supporting records.
Privacy and supported files
The signer runs in your browser. Your document and signature are not intentionally uploaded to HaulForm servers. Do not use untrusted browser extensions on sensitive documents. Very large, damaged, encrypted, or unusually structured PDFs may not work.
